Ensure Consulting

Ensure Consulting was established in February 2018 by Jamale Elmir – senior surveyor with over 30 years of experience, and Ziemowit Wierzchowski – registered land surveyor with over 25 years of experience. They met working for one of the most reputable surveying companies in Sydney and had known each other since 2007.

Both have extensive experience in a variety of survey disciplines – from topographic surveys, civil and engineering, including many years of railway track work and road set-outs, high-rise construction, through to cadastral work of any type, including greenfield developments.

Ensure Consulting has been growing since establishment, currently employing 14 people and providing work to several subcontractors.

Our office is located in Unanderra, south of Sydney in the Illawarra region but we have surveyors throughout Greater Sydney. We service sizeable parts of NSW, from the South Coast to the Hunter region, from Goulburn and Bathurst to the Coast.

We are optimistic about the future of the company and expect to grow organically for years to come.
